If you’re looking for a new gymnastics training home, SGA has everything you could hope for. Whether you want to get your child started early in our preschool program, tackle the ninja warrior course, groove in our dance classes, tumble under Friday Night Lights, or pursue a  competitive gymnastics career, we have a little something for everyone.

Recreational/competitive gymnastics is a great ways for children to get fit, gain confidence, and socialize with their peers while having fun. SGA offers classes for all ages.  When children join our gymnastics program, our instructors will assess them to determine what level  is best suited for their particular abilities and needs.  

Our tumbling classes will help your athlete thrive and flip flop their way to new skills through drilling, conditioning, and skill-focus all while gaining a little tumbling team of their own.
